I’m Milou, a photographer passionate about capturing both the magic and the mundane — and the magic within the mundane.

My work is eternally inspired by nature, light, and human connection. As a mother of three myself, I have a deep love for documenting the special chapter of pregnancy and the raw, messy beauty of motherhood.

Whether I’m photographing individuals, families, motherhood, brands, products, events, or intentional spaces, I love capturing the connection between people and their surroundings in an earthy, warm, soulful, and authentic way that celebrates our instinctive relationship with the natural world.

I specialise in capturing in a candid, soulful, warm, intuitive way, allowing stories to unfold naturally and capturing the seemingly ordinary tiny precious moments happening all around us all the time. I’m endlessly inspired by light and the way it can transform an ordinary moment into something magical.

When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll find me tending to blooms in my garden, knitting, cooking, and spending time in nature with my family.
